A hotel and residences were built. The project consisted of two 32-story residential towers and a hotel with 60 suites. Cisterns, pools, enclosures and tanks in the basement were built with insulation for a total of 1760 m3 of concrete.
The movements of soils, buttresses and temporary structure necessary for demolition, support anchors in subsoils, wet work-installations, concrete structure, masonry, partitions, plaster, insulation, coatings, sanitary installations, electrical installations, installations and metallic carpentry were carried out.
The complex was built, undertaking the role of main contractor. The demolition, soil movements, reinforced concrete structure, masonry, construction of tanks and concrete structure enclosure with waterproofing were carried out.
