A hotel and residences were built. The project consisted of two 32-story residential towers and a hotel with 60 suites. Cisterns, pools, enclosures and tanks in the basement were built with insulation for a total of 1760 m3 of concrete.
A 4-star hotel belonging to an international chain was built, with a total of 16,722 m².
The integral construction of a 20,000 m² building was carried out; the project consisted of low and medium voltage installations as well as light-current electrical engineering in a 20,000 m² building.
The extension of the suites belonging to the Moreno Wing was carried out. Suites with high-quality finishing were built. 9,000 m² Surface
The restoration of the existing building was carried out and it was updated. The structural work and the finishes were executed.
