The 2,800 m² library and the first stage of the 5,800 m² classroom pavilions No. 3 and 4 were built.
The building of the old Italo-Argentine Electricity Company plant in La Boca was remodeled to transform it into a concert hall, and it is the headquarters of the Buenos Aires Philharmonic Orchestra.
